I’ll give them credit, customer service replied quicker than I expected and the answers were actually clear, which was nice. That said, I did have to follow up once because things didn’t feel fully wrapped up the first time, and that part was a little annoying. Overall it turned out fine, but that extra nudge kind of stuck with me.

I ordered a ring from GemsNY and was a bit nervous about the size at first. I used their size guide and thought it might be close, or actually no, it ended up being exactly right. It fit perfectly when it arrived, so I didn’t need any resizing at all.
The ring itself looks really nicely made too. The setting feels sturdy, the stone sits evenly, and nothing feels loose or off. I’ve been wearing it often and it still looks great. Really happy with how it turned out.

The certificate looked clear and official to me. I’m not an expert or anything, but it seemed authentic enough, so..

A couple of weeks ago, I had to return a ring because the size wasn’t right, and I thought it was going to turn into a whole hassle. To my surprise, it was easy. The return instructions were clear, and I got a reply much sooner than I expected.

A few days later, I went ahead and exchanged it for the correct size. During that time, the team kept me updated without me having to follow up constantly, which I really appreciated.

When the new ring arrived, they even checked in afterward to make sure everything was okay. It felt simple, smooth, and very low-stress. I’d definitely use GemsNY again.

I had a good experience using GemsNY to design my ring, and what I liked most was that there were so many ways to make it feel like mine, from choosing the stone shape to playing around with the setting and metal, and even though I’m not usually someone who enjoys clicking through a ton of options, it was kind of fun seeing the ring come together little by little.
I’m giving it 4 stars because a few of the choices took me longer to compare than I expected, and at moments the site felt a bit overwhelming, but overall I’m happy with how much control I had over the design...

I found what I needed without having to dig around forever, which was a nice change. Ordering was easy too, so apparently it can be done.

I usually stick with my go-to brand, so I wasn’t totally sure about trying this one. But for the price, it’s solid. Not sure it fully wins me over, but it’s definitely a decent value for what you get
